Description: Based in the centre of Nottingham, GOEM is the hub of central government in the East Midlands, bringing together under one roof ten government departments. We act as ears, eyes and voice for Whitehall in the East Midlands, reflecting back to central government the interests, concerns and successes of the region to feed these into policy development.
